As Head of Controlling Global Supply Chain, you will play a key role in shaping the financial direction of Fresenius Kabi’s Global Supply Chain organization. Acting as Finance Business Partner to the Head of Global Supply Chain and the leadership team, you will provide strategic financial guidance, high-quality insights, and clear decision support for a highly international and business-critical area. This high-impact individual contributor role combines financial planning, analysis, reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and inventory steering with close collaboration across functions, regions, and senior stakeholders. The position reports directly to the CFO Global Technical Operations.
- Shape the financial agenda for Global Supply Chain as a trusted Finance Business Partner to the Head of Global Supply Chain and the leadership team.
- Provide strategic financial guidance, high-quality insights, and decision support to drive business performance and long-term value creation.
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, analysis, and reporting processes with a strong focus on accuracy, transparency, and compliance.
- Steer financial results toward agreed targets by identifying risks, opportunities, and actionable improvement measures.
- Develop and implement financial concepts that support effective supply chain steering, inventory management, and operational excellence.
- Provide fact-based analyses and strategic recommendations to senior management on key supply chain and Technical Operations topics.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders across functions, regions, and hierarchy levels to enable informed and impactful decision-making.
- Contribute as a member of the Technical Operations Finance and Global Supply Chain Leadership Teams, bringing financial leadership to strategic discussions.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, combined with a strong financial mindset.
- 10+ years of experience in controlling, ideally with a strong background in supply chain or manufacturing controlling.
- Deep expertise in supply chain controlling, including warehousing, distribution, global demand planning, variance analysis, and inventory management.
- Strong ability to act as a confident sparring partner, constructively challenge stakeholders, and build trusted, productive relationships.
- Proven success in a comparable global role, preferably within a complex, multinational matrix organization.
- Confidence to challenge the status quo, drive initiatives forward, and communicate effectively across functions and hierarchy levels.
- Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to create meaningful analyses and compelling management presentations; Power BI knowledge is a plus.
- Fluent English language skills for an international business environment; German language skills are an advantage.
